    • Report within 7 days with photos of the damage and the carrier’s note.
    • If damage is visible upon delivery, refuse the package and notify us immediately.
    • Based on the damage, we may provide a full refund, replacement, or partial refund if you choose to repair the item.

    ✔️ Restocking Fee – a 20% restocking fee applies to returned non-custom items. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
